Thriving with ADHD takes more than just meds and Pomodoro timers (there, I said it). It takes self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a willingness to do the work. If that's you...

If the idea of "giving 110%" causes you to A.) panic or B.) barf, you've come to the right place. Extreme, over-the-top dedication to anything is unsustainable and will only leave you feeling paralyzed. The world was built for neurotypical brains, that much is true. But ADHD brains can learn to navigate — and even change it — by working with your unique strengths and talents. 

Consistency is bullshit and perfectionism is a trap.

I’m blown away by how amazing coaching with Ana was. Partly because Ana is a DELIGHT to hang out with (virtually). But also because she just got me. She offered perspective on my mindset that even my psychologist has never noticed. I didn’t have to explain WHY I was tripped up by things. I simply shared what I was struggling with and we worked through approaches. No shame. No over-explaining to be understood. Just forward movement.
