But ADHD brains can learn to navigate — and even change it — by working with your unique strengths and talents.
I’m blown away by how amazing coaching with Ana was. Partly because Ana is a DELIGHT to hang out with (virtually). But also because she just got me. She offered perspective on my mindset that even my psychologist has never noticed. I didn’t have to explain WHY I was tripped up by things. I simply shared what I was struggling with and we worked through approaches. No shame. No over-explaining to be understood. Just forward movement.
